Our
Configurator

Our configurator isn’t just a quoting tool — it’s a fully integrated engineering automation system that connects your design intent with manufacturable, drawing-backed, BOM-tracked outputs.

Behind every click is a deeply engineered logic stack that mirrors how real products are built, assembled, and released into production — giving you a turnkey path from concept to manufacture-ready documentation.

Step 1: Input Your Requirements

Via our secure web portal, enter the parameters for your custom part or assembly — dimensions, options, mounting types, material requirements, and more.

Step 2: Our Engine Kicks In

Your inputs are fed directly into our core engine — powered by CAD, Logic, and a deeply structured parameter tree. This system understands your product family rules and automatically:

  • Updates 3D geometry

  • Regenerates technical drawings

  • Applies tolerance schemes

  • Rebuilds BOM structure

  • Applies the correct title blocks, metadata, and Properties

Step 3: File Control and Validation

Each model and drawing is automatically processed and version-controlled through our internal system. References are checked, file integrity is ensured, and outdated links are removed before anything is issued.

Step 4: Ready for Manufacture — or Ready for You

Once verified, the full engineering package is either:

  • Released into our manufacturing workflow, routed to trusted suppliers for production, or

  • Delivered to you, including all models, drawings, BOMs, and inspection-ready files.

Whether you want us to handle manufacturing or prefer to take it in-house, your outputs are clean, traceable, and ready to use.
