Who we are
Cybernation Industries Pty Ltd provides engineering, product configuration and manufacturing services. In this notice, “CI”, “we” and “us” refer to Cybernation Industries Pty Ltd.
This website introduces our services. It does not provide a customer portal login, online payment facility or file-upload form. If you use a separately provided portal or service, the information supplied for that service and your agreement with CI also apply.
Information we receive
When you use our enquiry form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide. The form asks for your name, email address, country, area of interest and a brief outline, with optional company and relevant software questions. Form enquiries are stored in Wix so we can manage and respond to them. This may include your name, business, role, contact details, project requirements and correspondence. Drawings or other documents you send may also contain personal information.
Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry. Avoid sending personal information about other people unless you are authorised to do so.
When you visit the website, the services that deliver it may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and request times.
How information is used
Information provided in an enquiry is used to understand your requirements, reply, prepare a proposal or quote, and manage any resulting project or business relationship. Correspondence may also be needed to maintain project records, address concerns and meet applicable legal obligations.
The website’s technical information supports delivery, reliability and security. The current website has no newsletter sign-up, advertising pixels or separately added visitor analytics tools.
You can ask a general question without providing detailed project information. Where information is needed to quote or carry out work, not providing it may limit what we can do.
Keeping information
Enquiry and project records are retained for the purposes for which they are needed, including the relevant business relationship and any applicable record-keeping obligations. The period depends on the type of information and the work involved.
Contact us to discuss a particular record or request deletion. Some records may need to be kept to fulfil contractual or legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; please contact us first if your project needs a particular method of exchanging confidential information.
Your choices & requests
You can contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or raise a concern about how it is handled. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights to object to, restrict or receive a copy of certain processing.
We may need information to verify your identity before responding. Where a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason and any available next steps. To make a request, use the contact details below.
